The Tiny Drop

This was another day when pouring were the rains
This was another day when filled were the drains

This was another day when I would love to drench wet
And not come home until the sun was set

This was another day when all were contendors of a rat race
Were driving until crazy just to find some dry place

Underneath the shade, on a nearby leaf I saw something pop
Drawing my attention amidst chaos there rested a tiny Drop

Laid Behind it ,the Sunny rays were crowning it with the shimmering glow
Far away its Fellow mates were painting the wondrous rainbow

Deep in my thoughts I recalled its other friend whom I met as a morning dew
How I envisioned the shivering flowers were flaunting their marvellous hue

Come the gushing wind and the leaf may just bend
Or the gleaming rays may just lead the drop to its end

But still in the drops miniature life span
It would have learnt to be absorbed and fill the mighty ocean.
